Conduct research and development activities to identify potential new technologies and solutions for the company's telecommunications products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge solutions for various projects.
Analyze and evaluate existing technologies and processes to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Develop and execute test plans to validate the performance and functionality of new technologies.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to ensure the company remains at the forefront of technology innovation.
Communicate research findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Wireless Communication Systems And Protocols, Such As Lte, 5G, And Wi-Fi.
Experience With Software Development In C/C++ And Proficiency In Scripting Languages, Such As Python Or Perl.
Proven Track Record Of Conducting Applied Research And Development Projects, Preferably In The Telecommunications Industry.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment.
