Develop and define RF performance requirements for 6G devices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and product managers to ensure devices meet performance standards.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry developments in wireless communication technology and standards.
Create and maintain documentation related to RF standardization processes and requirements.
Identify and troubleshoot any issues related to RF performance and provide solutions.
Participate in standardization meetings and represent the company in discussions related to RF performance.
Analyze and evaluate RF performance test data to make recommendations for improvements.
Work with external partners and vendors to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Communicate updates and progress to relevant stakeholders, including management and other teams.
Stay informed on competitor devices and industry trends to ensure our devices are at the forefront of technology.
Mentor and train junior engineers on RF standardization processes and best practices.
Continuously assess and improve RF standardization processes to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Collaborate with product development teams to ensure RF performance requirements are integrated into device design.
Contribute to the development of new products and features by providing insights and recommendations based on RF expertise.
Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in all work and deliverables.

Job Qualifications

Strong Knowledge Of 6G Technology: A Qualified Candidate For The 6G Device Rf Standardization Specialist Position At Nokia Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The 6G Technology Landscape, Including The Latest Advancements And Trends.
Expertise In Rf Standardization: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Extensive Experience In Rf Standardization Processes And Procedures, As Well As A Strong Understanding Of International Standards Bodies Such As 3Gpp And Itu.
Proficiency In Communication Protocols: A Strong Understanding Of Communication Protocols Such As 5G Nr, Wi-Fi, And Bluetooth Is Essential For This Role, As These Protocols Are Expected To Play A Crucial Role In 6G Technology.
Experience In Product Development: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Developing And Launching Successful Products In The Wireless Industry, Preferably In The 5G Or 6G Space.
