Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Technical Support, Preferably In A Telecom Or Networking Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of 4Ls/Npi Products And Solutions, Including Troubleshooting And Configuration.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Customers And Internal Teams.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Resolving Complex Technical Issues, With A Customer-Centric Approach.
