Job Description

NEXT plc is seeking an experienced and passionate Technical Support Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a technical background and excellent customer service skills who is committed to providing a seamless and positive experience to our customers.The successful candidate should have a solid understanding of computer systems and networks, as well as experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues. They should also have a proven track record of providing outstanding customer service and the ability to think on their feet.The Technical Support Analyst will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  3. Liaise between customers and the technical team.
  4. Provide outstanding customer service.
  5. Research and resolve technical issues.
  6. Monitor customer service levels.
  7. Create and update customer records.
  8. Keep abreast of technical advancements and industry developments.
  9. Develop and implement technical support processes and procedures.
  10. Provide training and support to customers and colleagues.
