Studio Manager- Fashion

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated Studio Manager- Fashion to join the team at NEXT plc. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing effective management of the studio and ensuring that the highest standards of quality are met within the fashion team.To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience managing a creative fashion studio, excellent organisational skills and a strong eye for detail. Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day operations of the fashion studio.
2. Ensure high standards of quality in the fashion team's work.
3. Oversee the production of fashion projects from start to finish.
4. Maintain accurate records and reports of all fashion production activities.
5. Develop and implement effective policies and procedures for the fashion studio.
6. Monitor and evaluate performance of fashion team members.
7. Provide guidance and support to team members.
8. Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
9. Liaise with external vendors and suppliers.
10. Stay up-to-date with trends and new developments in the fashion industry.
