Stock Coordinator

We are looking for a Stock Coordinator to join the team at NEXT plc. Our ideal candidate will be a highly organized and motivated individual with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. You should have a good understanding of stock management and have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a retail or logistics environment is highly desirable. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing stock levels across our stores and warehouses. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and maintain stock levels across stores and warehouses.
2. Ensure accurate and timely ordering of stock.
3. Develop and implement effective stock control and inventory management processes.
4. Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
5. Analyze stock levels and sales forecasts to identify any potential shortages or overstocks.
6. Investigate stock discrepancies and take corrective action.
7. Prepare reports on stock levels, delivery schedules, and stock movement.
8. Monitor stock to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
9. Work closely with store and warehouse staff to maintain efficient stock control systems.
10. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth stock management operations.
