Senior Infrastructure Engineer

We require the successful candidate to have a relevant degree or equivalent qualification, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities: • Develop, maintain and optimize systems and infrastructure, including Windows, Linux and Networking technologies. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network and server infrastructure. • Design, implement and manage server and network solutions. • Work with system administrators and other engineers to ensure high availability, performance and security of the infrastructure. • Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address potential issues. • Train and mentor junior engineers. • Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure smooth system operations and user satisfaction. • Stay informed of industry trends and technologies to ensure the highest level of service is provided. • Document processes and procedures for system maintenance and operations.
