
Sales Ledger Coordinator
NEXT plc are currently seeking a highly motivated and accomplished Sales Ledger Coordinator to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and reconciling daily sales ledger entries and will ensure the accuracy of all sales ledger information.To be successful in this role, we are looking for an individual with proven experience in sales ledger reconciliation and with excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively and efficiently within a team.We are looking for a confident individual with strong communication skills who is capable of making decisions and taking ownership of their work. Responsibilities:
- Manage and reconcile daily sales ledger entries to ensure accuracy.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Monitor and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales ledger information.
- Produce sales ledger reports for management review.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure accuracy of all sales ledger information.
- Develop and implement effective procedures for managing customer accounts.
- Monitor customer accounts for potential risks or issues.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales ledger reports.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Act as a point of contact for customer queries and complaints.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant policies and procedures.
