Quality Assurance Inspector

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that all NEXT plc products and services meet the highest standards of quality.
2. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify areas of improvement.
3. Manage and participate in quality assurance audits.
4. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of quality controls.
5. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
6. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure that quality standards are met.
7. Monitor product and service performance for defects and non-conformances.
8. Evaluate and analyze customer feedback.
9. Maintain records of quality assurance activities.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
