The ideal candidate must have experience in Purchase Ledger and Expense management, be comfortable working with data and have the ability to meet tight deadlines. Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of Purchase Ledger and Expense Management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify potential discrepancies and areas of improvement.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with forecasting and budgeting activities.
- Investigate and resolve any financial discrepancies or issues.
- Assist with the implementation of new systems and procedures.
- Provide support to other departments when needed.
- Proactively identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions.
