Product Recovery & QC Inspector

Responsibilities:

1. Perform detailed inspections of products to ensure that they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
2. Monitor production processes and document quality control data.
3. Investigate customer complaints and follow up with corrective action.
4. Develop and implement product quality control systems and procedures.
5. Provide feedback to management on product issues and areas for improvement.
6. Maintain records of inspection results and provide reports to management.
7. Train and supervise other QC inspectors.
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that products meet specified requirements.
9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and standards.
10. Work with suppliers to ensure that incoming products meet quality requirements.
