Job Description

NEXT plc is looking for an experienced and talented Middleweight Creative Designer to join our growing Design team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and passionate individual who is eager to take their career to the next level.The successful candidate will have a strong eye for design, a passion for creating innovative visuals and experience in working with a variety of mediums. We are looking for someone who is able to work collaboratively, has excellent communication skills, and is able to manage multiple projects at once.The ideal candidate should have a degree in Graphic Design or a related field, at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, a portfolio of work that demonstrates a range of design skills, and a strong understanding of the latest trends. Additionally, experience in working with Adobe Creative Suite and other design software is essential.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design high-quality visuals for a variety of mediums according to current trends and customer requirements.
  2. Collaborate with the Design team to create innovative visuals and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  3. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  4. Maintain a portfolio of work that demonstrates a range of design skills.
  5. Create and update designs using Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
  6. Research and stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and techniques.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
  8. Provide feedback on designs and suggest improvements.
