Job Description

NEXT plc is seeking a dynamic and outgoing Internal Communications & Events Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in developing and executing internal communications strategies. As an Internal Communications & Events Specialist at NEXT plc, you'll be responsible for creating engaging content that drives employee engagement, as well as planning and executing a variety of events. You'll be a key member of the internal communications and engagement team, helping to ensure that our employees are informed and actively participating in the success of NEXT plc.To be successful in this role, you'll need a minimum of 5 years' experience in internal communications and event management. You'll need a proven track record of success in creating and executing communications plans, as well as designing and delivering engaging events. You'll also need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a creative flair for producing compelling content.We're looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic individual who loves to work with people and can bring energy and enthusiasm to our team.
