Group Insurance Manager

This role is responsible for driving the strategic direction of our insurance activities, ensuring that we can meet our corporate objectives. As a Group Insurance Manager, you will be responsible for evaluating our existing insurance programs, managing the day-to-day activities of the insurance team, and developing new strategies for improving our insurance coverage.The ideal candidate for this position will possess a strong background in insurance and risk management, as well as a proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective insurance programs. Additionally, you should have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate existing insurance programs and develop new strategies to improve coverage.
2. Manage the day-to-day activities of the insurance team.
3. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external parties.
4. Analyze insurance trends and develop strategies to minimize risk and maximize coverage.
5. Prepare and present reports to internal stakeholders.
6. Lead team meetings to discuss insurance strategies and solutions.
7. Monitor and review insurance policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
8. Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
9. Keep up to date with industry trends and changes in regulations.
10. Provide support and guidance to the insurance team to ensure objectives are met.
