Job Description

NEXT plc is looking for an experienced Digital Channel Lead to help drive our company forward into the digital age. You will be responsible for developing and executing digital strategies that will increase our online presence and drive sales. We are looking for a proactive individual who can think on their feet and come up with creative solutions to problems.To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing and a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. You must have a strong understanding of digital channels, including web, mobile, and social media, as well as an in-depth knowledge of online marketing practices and trends. You should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.If you have a passion for digital marketing and are looking for a challenge, this could be the perfect role for you. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute digital strategies that increase our online presence and drive sales.

  4. Optimize digital channels to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets.
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in digital marketing.
  6. Monitor and report on performance of digital campaigns and adjust strategies where needed.
  7. Manage and coach a team of digital marketing professionals.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  9. Develop relationships with external partners and vendors to secure the best deals.
  10. Research and implement new technologies to improve digital marketing processes.
