Desktop Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Desktop Engineer to join our growing team at NEXT plc. This role will involve providing support and maintenance for the company's computers and network infrastructure. To be successful in this role, candidates must have excellent hardware and software troubleshooting skills, as well as strong communication and customer service skills. 1. Provide technical support and maintenance for company computers and network infrastructure.
2. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

4. Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
5. Monitor systems performance and security to ensure optimal operations.
6. Provide user training and guidance on the use of company systems.
7. Keep abreast of new technologies and solutions.
8. Prepare and maintain system documentation.
9. Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure efficient operations.
10. Develop and implement procedures to ensure system reliability and security.
