Compliance Officer

You will be responsible for ensuring compliance across the business, as well as developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance-related policies.We require a qualified individual with a relevant degree and/or professional qualification in compliance, legal, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in a compliance or legal role, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
2. Develop, implement, and monitor compliance-related policies.
3. Advise the business on compliance matters.
4. Investigate and address compliance issues.
5. Develop and provide training on relevant compliance topics.
6. Keep up to date with relevant changes in legislation or regulation.
7. Prepare reports for senior management on compliance issues.
8. Liaise with external regulators and auditors.
9. Ensure that all processes are in line with applicable laws and regulations.
10. Maintain records of compliance activities.
