Assistant Store Manager

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of retail management experience and the ability to lead and motivate a team. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.

• Monitor stock levels and order new inventory as needed.

• Train, motivate and manage staff to ensure they are performing to the highest standards.

• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching to ensure team effectiveness.

• Carry out daily administrative tasks including scheduling, payroll and reporting.

• Develop effective relationships with vendors to ensure efficient supply chain.

• Address customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with local community leaders and organizations.
