Manager, Cyber Security Delivery

Works closely with the IT Security & Compliance, Enterprise Architecture, Business Engagement, and Infrastructure groups to align cyber security strategy and the ongoing support of the program. Provide input to and execution of continuous improvement initiatives, in conjunction with Director IT Security and Compliance for existing risk management, security, and day-to-day managed security services and process. Provide input and oversight for projects and initiatives within cybersecurity. The Sr. Manager supports general IT computing controls including technical support of internal and external audit requirements. The Sr. Manager works closely with the Cybersecurity leadership to identify and support future cybersecurity program development by consistently identifying opportunities to improve Newmont’s threat posture.
