As the Workplace Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that support the organization's objectives and goals.The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in workplace strategy, change management, and consulting. You should also have a deep understanding of current trends in workplace optimization and be an excellent communicator. An understanding of change management methodology and experience in managing complex projects is also essential.
