At Newmark, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Site Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us secure ideal locations for our projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team of dedicated professionals and leverage your expertise to ensure the success of our projects.We are looking for a candidate who has a solid understanding of the site acquisition process, and is able to identify, analyze, and negotiate the most cost-effective and strategic locations for our projects. You should be a highly organized and motivated individual with excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Real Estate, Business Administration, or Urban Planning. Professional experience in site acquisition and/or real estate is preferred, though not essential.
