Job Description

At Newmark, we are looking for a talented Site Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced professional with a deep understanding of site acquisition and zoning process, who is also a team player and brings a positive attitude to the workplace.The Site Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire process of site acquisition and zoning, including the negotiation of contracts, ensuring that all transactions are completed in a timely and compliant manner. This position requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills in order to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.To be successful in this role, the candidate must have at least a bachelor's degree in real estate, urban planning, or a related field. Additionally, they should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in land acquisition, contract negotiation, and zoning. Familiarity with government regulations and a working knowledge of local jurisdictions is also required.
