Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Site Acquisition Specialist to join the Newmark team and help us secure new properties for our clients. This position requires a high level of organization and communication skills as you will be working directly with clients to assess their needs and identify potential sites. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent research and negotiation skills along with a solid understanding of the real estate market and local zoning laws. You should be able to multi-task and prioritize effectively while maintaining accuracy in all your work. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as an ability to work independently.
