At Newmark, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Site Acquisition Specialist to join our team. You must be a problem solver who is comfortable working in a fast paced, multi-tasked environment. The ideal candidate will have exemplary communication and organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the site acquisition process for wireless telecommunications sites, including researching and evaluating potential sites and negotiating lease terms. You will also be responsible for managing the entire process from start to finish and interfacing with multiple stakeholders, including property owners, government agencies, and other team members.If you are a results-driven professional with strong negotiation skills, a commitment to customer service, and a passion for the wireless industry, then this is the role for you.
