Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and analytical individual to join our Newmark team as a Real Estate Valuation Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing real estate appraisals and other financial data to accurately value properties. To be successful, you should have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of math, and a passion for real estate.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field, as well as at least three years of experience evaluating and appraising real estate. You must also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
