The Real Estate Valuation Analyst role at Newmark is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a motivated and knowledgeable professional to join a growing team of analysts. We are looking for a resourceful individual with a strong technical background in real estate analysis coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the real estate industry and financial markets, along with the ability to accurately assess the value of real estate assets. If you’re a self-starter with a passion for real estate and a desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate valuation or financial analysis• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint• Strong understanding of real estate industry trends, appraisal principles, and financial analysis• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
