The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the real estate industry and the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from market research. If you have a strong work ethic and a desire to make a difference, then this could be the ideal role for you.To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Economics or a related field, as well as 3+ years of research experience in the real estate industry. You must also have a strong understanding of market trends and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form. In addition, you should be an independent and self-motivated individual who is able to work well in a team setting.
