Job Description

At Newmark, we’re looking for a Real Estate Research Analyst who can provide insightful and detailed analysis to support real estate decisions. Our ideal candidate will be a highly organized individual, with strong analytics and written communication skills. You will be an integral part of the team, and will be responsible for researching and analyzing market data to identify trends for the real estate industry.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Economics, or a related field. In addition, you should have a minimum of two years of experience in real estate research and analysis. You should have excellent knowledge of real estate and economic fundamentals, and be able to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. You should also have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently. Finally, you should have a strong attention to detail and be able to effectively communicate your research findings and recommendations in a clear, concise manner.If you have the required qualifications and are excited to join a dynamic team, then we want to hear from you!
