At Newmark, we are looking for a motivated and organized Real Estate Financial Analyst to join our growing team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports and providing recommendations for improvements in our real estate portfolio. We are looking for someone who can apply their financial expertise and knowledge to help drive our business forward.To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide sound recommendations. You should also have strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
