Job Description

At Newmark, we are looking for a highly motivated Real Estate Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be a key member of our corporate finance team, responsible for providing financial analysis and support for our real estate business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for financial analysis, a strong drive for success, and excellent communication skills.We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. The ideal candidate should also have knowledge of real estate finance, financial modeling, and strong analytical skills. Additionally, the candidate should have strong financial acumen, be able to operate independently, and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a plus.
