The Portfolio Analyst role at Newmark is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced and dynamic industry. We are looking for an ambitious and organized individual who is passionate about the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. To excel in this role, the Portfolio Analyst must have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field, in addition to at least two years of experience in portfolio management. Experience in the financial services sector is preferred, as well as knowledge of portfolio management and asset allocation principles. Additionally, the successful candidate must have the ability to effectively manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
