Job Description

As a Portfolio Analyst at Newmark, you will play an integral role in the success of our company by providing insightful analysis and strategy development to our portfolio of clients. We are looking for someone with a passion for quantitative/qualitative analysis, financial and market data, and strategic planning. You will be taking on a broad range of responsibilities, so the ideal candidate must be a highly organized and motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills. You should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry. In addition, a CFA or CPA designation is highly desirable, as is proficiency in Excel and a working knowledge of PowerPoint and other data visualization tools. We are looking for someone who is able to think critically and develop innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate should be able to work independently as well as collaboratively, and be able to communicate complex data and analytics in a clear and concise manner.
