As a Portfolio Analyst at Newmark, you will have the opportunity to join a dynamic team of professionals and use your strategic and analytical skills to manage a portfolio of projects. We are looking for an individual who is highly organized and has a knack for problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of investment principles and be comfortable working with financial data.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field. Additionally, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a financial analysis position. The ability to think analytically, develop financial models, and evaluate investments will be advantageous in this role. You must also demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve desired results.
