In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for our lease management activities. You will be a key member of our team and will be instrumental in helping us reach our business goals. The ideal candidate for this role will have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration with at least 2 years of relevant experience. You should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of commercial real estate principles, leasing regulations, and legal documents is also essential. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively, as well as a strong aptitude for problem-solving, will be essential for success in this role.
