This position requires a self-motivated individual with the ability to develop relationships and negotiate deals. The Land Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for researching and sourcing land for acquisition. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess relevant experience in real estate, an understanding of market trends, and strong analytical skills.
