Land Acquisition Specialist

At Newmark, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Land Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for spotting potential land acquisition opportunities and developing relationships with property owners. This individual must have a passion for real estate and a deep understanding of the local market. The Land Acquisition Specialist should be able to work independently and be comfortable with making decisions quickly.To be successful in this role, the Land Acquisition Specialist must have a minimum of 5 years of real estate experience, such as in brokerage, development, or acquisitions. The candidate must also be knowledgeable in real estate law and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
