Job Description

Newmark is looking for an experienced and motivated Investment Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the commercial real estate market and the sales process. They will have a customer-focused attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering results.We are looking for an individual who is driven and ambitious, with strong analytical skills and a creative problem-solving mindset. The Investment Sales Associate will be a key player in driving our business forward by providing market research, analysis, and sales support.To be considered for this role, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field, as well as three to five years of experience in commercial real estate investments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is also required.
