Job Description

Newmark is seeking an Investment Sales Associate to join our team and take an active role in closing deals. The successful candidate will have an eye for opportunity, a collaborative spirit, and drive for success. The Investment Sales Associate will be responsible for representing Newmark and its clients in a professional manner and will be responsible for sourcing and closing deals in the real estate market. Qualifications include:- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field- 5+ years of experience in investment sales and/or commercial real estate- Proven ability to close deals in the real estate market- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Knowledge of financial analysis and market trends- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and other relevant software
