Job Description

As an Investment Sales Associate at Newmark, you will be part of a team of highly motivated real estate professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and closing investment sales opportunities in the Central Texas area. We are looking for a qualified professional with excellent communications skills and a knowledge of the real estate investment market. You should have excellent problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in real estate sales and/or investment sales, a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or real estate, and a valid real estate license.
