At Newmark, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Facilities Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented individual who is capable of multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate will possess a professional attitude and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a variety of projects. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.The successful candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in facilities management or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in facilities management/building operations. The candidate should also have experience in budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management, as well as a strong understanding of safety and security protocols.If you possess the skills and qualifications above and are looking to join a team of passionate professionals, then we would love to hear from you!
