Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to join the Newmark team! This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized individual to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for the overall management, maintenance and operation of all facilities, ensuring that they are safe, secure and well-maintained.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a facilities management role, including experience with mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. You must also have an understanding of building codes, safety regulations and be familiar with construction and renovation projects. Additionally, you must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent problem-solving skills. The ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, is essential.
