At Newmark, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Facilities Manager to provide our company with the highest level of service and maintenance for our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success with facility and property management, as well as the ability to work with a wide variety of people. Our ideal Facilities Manager will have exemplary organizational and problem-solving skills, and be able to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership skills, a customer service-oriented attitude, and a commitment to providing the highest quality service to our customers. To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and a valid driver's license.
