Job Description

Are you an experienced Facilities Manager seeking an exciting opportunity with a leading real estate firm? Newmark is looking for a detail-oriented leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the building and its grounds. You will use your in-depth knowledge of facilities management and problem-solving skills to ensure that the premises are clean, safe, and well-maintained.You will work closely with a team of professionals to develop and implement strategies to improve the building’s operations. You should be able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
