We need an organized and detail-oriented professional who will be responsible for managing our facilities, including office space and building maintenance. To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will also have an understanding of the principles of facility management and a commitment to keeping our facilities in top-notch condition.To be successful as a Facilities Manager at Newmark, you should have a minimum of 5 years of facility management experience, preferably in a corporate setting. You should also have a degree in management, business administration, or facility management and be knowledgeable about the latest trends and industry best practices. Additionally, you should be a confident leader who can manage and motivate a team of employees while building strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
