At Newmark, we are looking for a highly motivated Commercial Leasing Agent to join our team. Our ideal candidate is an organized and detail-oriented professional with a strong customer service background, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for real estate. The Commercial Leasing Agent will be responsible for the leasing of all commercial properties in our portfolio, including negotiating terms and preparing contracts.To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial leasing or a related field. You must also possess a valid real estate license and be knowledgeable in the local real estate market. Additionally, you should be customer-focused, have strong problem-solving skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.If you have a strong work ethic and the desire to be part of a successful and growing team, we want to hear from you.
