Job Description

At Newmark, we are seeking an experienced, motivated and results-oriented Commercial Leasing Agent with a passion for real estate to join our leasing team. This individual will be responsible for leasing and managing commercial real estate properties and will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure leasing objectives are met. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent problem solving skills, a commitment to customer service, and a proven track record of successful leasing. This individual must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and have the ability to build relationships with potential tenants. A bachelor’s degree in business or related field and at least two years of leasing experience is required. A valid Real Estate License and/or Real Estate Brokerage License is a plus.
