At Newmark, we are looking for an experienced Asset Manager to join our team and help ensure the effective management of our assets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the asset management process, the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and strong organizational skills. If you have a passion for asset management and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service, then we want to hear from you!To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management. You should also have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
