- Manage all aspects of the Yankee Candle store in Cincinnati, OH, including sales, operations, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and employees.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed business decisions.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation to meet customer demand.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.

Previous Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Managing A Retail Store, Preferably In The Candle Or Home Decor Industry. They Should Be Able To Demonstrate Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Train And Develop A Team, Create And Execute Sales Strategies, And Effectively Manage Store Operations.
