- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets in the designated territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners to drive sales and increase market share.

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential and existing customers.
- Train and mentor junior sales team members to ensure their success and growth within the company.
- Travel within the designated territory to meet with clients, attend industry events, and represent the company at trade shows.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance with all regulations.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Experience In Strategic Planning And Developing Sales Strategies To Achieve Company Goals.
