You will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and executing strategies to increase productivity and reduce costs.   1. Lead and participate in process improvement projects to increase productivity and reduce costs across manufacturing facilities.
  2. Analyze data and identify areas for improvement, utilizing statistical tools and techniques.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  5. Utilize industrial engineering principles and techniques to design and implement process changes.
  6. Monitor and track the effectiveness of process improvements through data analysis and reporting.
  7. Identify and implement best practices and standardize processes across multiple facilities.
  8. Train and mentor junior analysts and engineers on process improvement methodologies.
  9. Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of process improvements.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in industrial engineering to continually improve processes.
  11. Utilize project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor process improvement projects.
  12. Communicate progress and results of process improvement projects to senior management.
  13. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with process changes.
  14. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to identify cost savings opportunities and negotiate contracts.
  15. Adhere to company safety and quality standards while implementing process improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Industrial Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Industrial Engineering, Preferably In Consumer Goods Industry

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Statistical Tools Such As Six Sigma And Lean Principles

  • Ability To Lead And Manage Projects, As Well As Work Collaboratively In A Team Environment.
